That was a LONG TIME AGO, but I still vividly remember the jock who followed me, a guy named Roger, walking into the booth holding his headphones when the cord caught up on the tone arm which proceeded to lift off the record, and come bouncing back down several times until it landed somewhere on a completely different song.
I spent my college radio days at UC Irvine, and hung out at places like The Troubadour and the Wiskey A Go Go. My commercial radio career has taken me on an extensive tour of the California coast - then the blazin' hot desert of Phoenix Arizona, before coming to the Mile High City just in time for the big blizzards of 2006.
