Mountain Homegrown artist, Marcy Baruch, and 99.5 The Mountain, at The Cherry Creek School District Challenge School On Thursday, May 27th - Marcy Baruch very generously donated her time to accompany The Mountain at the Cherry Creek School District Challenge School (a school for gifted students). Marcy played an acoustic set for the children (5th thru 8th graders) and discussed music, guitars, the current state of the music industry and what it takes to be a career musician. After the discussion, we were treated to a performance by the students themselves, as they demonstrated thier talents for Marcy and the Mountain Staff. Thank you for supporting our local music scene and music programs in our schools.
